The Center for Elders’ Independence provides high quality, affordable, integrated health care services to the elderly, which promote autonomy, quality of life and the ability of individuals to live in their communities.
The Oakland nonprofits' website was no longer meeting the needs of their audience—which included a healthy percentage of non-English speakers. CEI approached us about a redesign. We engaged a writer and UX expert to assess audience needs and leveraged that data into a useable, responsive, multilingual web site that's enabled CEI to grow their participant base and expand into new SF Bay Area communities.
