Novacart

Novacart is an Italian-owned company with offices in the United States. They manufacture high-quality baking supplies i.e. baking molds, cups, for large and small commercial bakeries, worldwide.

Before they engaged us they had relied on the phone and paper catalogs to do business with their customers. They had a website that was non-responsive, out of date and unattractive. Our challenge was to convert their entire catalog of products to a searchable online resource that customers could easily access to find the products they wanted to purchase. Industry restrictions made e-commerce impractical, but simply being able to locate the correct product online and then place a call to an order department made all the difference in internal efficiency and ultimately sales.
